The direct answer
A reliable tracker compares two records of a list you can already view. It can identify changes that happened after the first scan. It cannot reconstruct earlier changes, reveal hidden activity, or prove why someone followed or unfollowed.
Useful signals
See accounts added to or removed from a visible follower list after your baseline.
Compare the visible following list to find accounts that appeared or disappeared between scans.
Separate mutual follows from accounts that do not currently follow back when both lists are available.
Scan to scan
Use Instagram normally and open the follower or following list for an accessible profile.
The first scan becomes your baseline. It records the visible state without pretending to know earlier history.
Run another scan later. SeeWho compares the records and groups the changes into clear results.
Honest limits
No tracker can honestly name changes that happened before it had an earlier list to compare.
SeeWho does not unlock private profiles or lists that Instagram does not show to your account.
The result shows list movement. It does not explain intent, relationships, or why an account changed.
Before you install
No password is handed to SeeWho. You use your existing Instagram session and scan lists that are already visible in your browser or app workflow.
SeeWho compares completed scans. It is not a live surveillance feed, and a change becomes visible only after a later scan captures the new list.
Browser scan history is stored locally by the extension. Removing local extension data or uninstalling can remove that history.
Learn the method
Start with a baseline
Install SeeWho, scan a list you can view, and let the next scan supply the evidence.
